With a regular yoga practice, you can calm the fluctuations of the mind.

When you practice with me, you can:

  • experience slow, calming flows, chanting, breathwork, and guided meditations

Private Yoga

Enjoy private yoga lessons online or in-person to meet your individualized goals. With private yoga, you can experience:

  • more calm and balance throughout your day

  • increased strength, flexibility, and mobility following an injury

  • personalized sequences and modifications you can use to build your home practice

  • inclusive language for gender expansive students

  • trauma-informed practices

  • private classes that build body awareness

  • practice in the comfort of your own home

  • practice privately without other students

Public Classes

Mondays, 7:30 p.m. and Thursdays, 9:30 a.m., Vinyasa at Crave Yoga


Flow at a moderate pace and approach challenging poses incrementally in these weekly, public vinyasa classes. Experience the power of music and breathwork to support your practice. You’ll have options along the way so if you want more challenge or more rest, you are cultivating discernment and in charge of your own practice.
