    Crave Yoga

Step into a deeply restorative experience in the soft, calming glow of candlelight. In this guided Yoga Nidra practice — often called “yogic sleep” — you’ll lie fully supported while the mind is gently led through body awareness, breath, and subtle visualizations. There’s no effort, no stretching, only the invitation to let go and rest completely. This practice helps release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and quiet the mind, creating a profound sense of renewal.

Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply nourished. Perfect for anyone looking to reset, recharge, or simply give themselves the gift of intentional, conscious rest.

Offerings

Experience yoga as a holistic and spiritual practice for regulating the nervous system, getting in touch with the divine, and improving the quality of your life. My classes are:

  • a little slower paced than what you would normally see in a Vinyasa practice

  • suitable if you’re seeking a grounding practice

  • infused with yogic philosophy you can take off your mat and into the world

  • characterized by inclusive language, particularly for gender expansive people

Whether you are interested in vinyasa, gentle flow, or restorative offerings, I have you covered. My training in alignment-based and trauma-informed yoga ensures safety for you, both physically and emotionally.

Curriculum Development

If you are a healing professional (yoga teacher, therapist, energy worker, etc.) and interested in developing workshops and trainings, I would love to support you. You might be an expert in your modality but unsure of where to start in designing a workshop for clients or a training for other practitioners. Drawing on my 11+ years’ experience working with university educators at Stanford University and the University of California, I can support you with:

  • Accountability to actually get the thing done

  • Coaching to keep you positive and temper any negative self-talk

  • Advice from the research that will maximize learners’ take-aways and keep them coming back

  • Feedback and editing for training materials like workbooks, welcome emails, and evaluation surveys.
